- 請電郵至 order@muymuybonita.com.hk, 列明產品型號及數量, 留低聯絡電話.

- 確認後, 細 size貨品可於3天後自行到格仔店取貨及付款.

- 大 size貨品, 可見面交收, 只限旺角/ 油麻地/ 屯門區, 現金付款. 交收時請檢查貨品, 交收後有任何問題, 不能接受退換了.

- 如需郵寄, 郵費需由買家支付, 掛號另加 HK$13, 先過數入我們的恆生銀行戶口, 確認後3天內寄出, 但買家需承受風險, 包括郵誤所引的損壞/ 寄失, 本店恕不負責.

中國內地/ 澳門 (China/ Macau)

- 請電郵至 order@muymuybonita.com.hk, 列明產品型號及數量, 留低聯絡電話.

- 確認後, 細 size貨品可用平郵寄出, 郵費需由買家支付, 掛號另加 HK$13, 先過數入我們的指定戶口, 確認後3天內寄出,

但買家需承受風險, 包括郵誤所引的損壞/ 寄失, 本店恕不負責.

- 大 size貨品會用速遞公司付運, 可直接送到指定地址, 運費在買家收件時直接支付給速遞公司, 運費視乎地區及重量而定, 一般由 HK$40起, 兩個工作天內送到.

中國內地 : 建議使用順豐速遞 (SF Express)

澳門 : 建議使用天天速遞

客戶需知

全部是少量製造的手工藝品, 售完即止.

除非是某產品有大量需求, 本店才考慮再次製造, 恕不接受客戶個別訂做或更改顏色/用料等.

手工藝品會有少少暇疵, 人手製作時是不能避免的, 完美主義者要考慮清楚.

Muy Muy Bonita 網頁上的相片及產品均是本店所有, 嚴禁複製作商業用途.

- Pls email to order@muymuybonita.com.hk, write down our product number and qty.

- Then we will let you know the size and weight to decide the mode of shipment, like normal air mail, registered mail,

EMS or other courier services, relevant freight charge will be paid by buyer.

- Buyer must bear the risk of the damage/ lose of the goods during transportation.

- We accept Paypal, T/T remittance, Western Union for payment.

- Shipment will be made within 3 days upon receipt of your payment.

Note to customer

Our products are purely handmade with limited qty, will not produce again once all sold, unless there is a large demand in market, we will consider to produce again, so we cannot accept single order or request to change in color or material.

Handmade products might have minor visual defects which cannot be avoided during production, buyer should aware before purchase.

All picture/ photo shows in the website of Muy Muy Bonita is our property, it's forbidden to duplicate for commercial use.
